Signica provides tools to create and apply electronic signatures and related elements (including initials, stamps, dates, text, and icons) to documents.

2) Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

3) Your content and responsibility

You may upload documents and create signature assets ("Content"). You retain your rights to your Content.

You are responsible for:

• ensuring you have the right to use, upload, and process any Content,
• ensuring Content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of others,
• verifying that the signed output meets your needs for a given purpose.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities,
• attempt to access the Service in an unauthorized manner,
• interfere with or disrupt the Service (including introducing malware),
• reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by applicable law.

5) Purchases and subscriptions (if applicable)

Some features may be offered via in-app purchases or subscriptions. Any pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms are shown at the time of purchase and handled through the applicable app store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings.

6) Third-party services

The Service may interact with third-party services or APIs. Those third parties may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that are not under our control.

7) Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific requirement.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tap Node S.A.L will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from or related to your use of the Service.

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

10) Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
